Josie Harris, who was mother of three of Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s children and the boxer’s ex-girlfriend, died from an accidental drug overdose, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner.

The specific cause of death — "mixed drug toxicity'' — stemmed from Fentanyl and Alprarzoam, according to the Medical Examiner-Coroner. Fentanyl is an opiod and Alprarzoam is sold under brand names such as Xanax.

Harris was 40 when she was found dead March 10 in her car that was parked in the driveway of her Southern California 真人百家家乐官网网站home. The cause of death was not released at the time because law enforcement placed a security hold on the case.

The hold has been lifted and case status on the Medical Examiner-Coroner’s website is listed as closed.

Harris’ relationship with Mayweather was turbulent. She filed a domestic battery report against Mayweather in 2010 and it led to the boxer spending two months in prison in 2012.
